Liz Taylor Lettings started trading on the 1st May 2014, after working in the Residential Lettings Industry previously for 7 years, gaining a wealth of experience and NFOPP Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management (QCF).

The Business has gone from strength to strength, taking on over 120 new Landlords, most of which have been via Personal Recommendations & through the Estate Agent Alan Cooper Estates.

Due to the success of the business, Liz has been able to form a team and moved to a larger office within Centenary Business Centre in Nuneaton. Liz says “ I put my success down to hard work & building successful relationships with Landlords & Tenants whilst providing a personal & friendly service. Being a Finalist in the First Pro Awards in 2016 proved our excellent service ”

We have a genuine passion for property and pride ourselves on our very high standards of customer care. We have let many houses over the years and have dealt with many recurring Landlords & Tenants during this time.

Liz Taylor Lettings is keen to take on more Landlords, so that they can find more good tenants who pay on time and look after the properties.
